After World War I demand for lower value stamps brought about a method called photo-offset. The method was less expensive and once set up, and new plates could be quickly made in one hour. Offset stamps have the appearance of the old comic book printing. |

We have Excel, Office 98, 2001, 2004, and 2011on our iMac computer with OS X . You may phone, fax, mail, or email your order. We keep no secured information on our computer.
A. Fill out your name and address. State whether mint &/or used stamps are being ordered. Alternate selections appreciated.
B. Please list: 1. Lot Number 2. Scott Number 3. Price
C. Total all items, apply appropriate discounts, and 6% sales tax for Iowa residents plus any local option tax. See terms and conditions for discount information.
D. No charge for postage and handling in North America. U.S. orders over $500.00 will be sent by priority mail at no additional cost. Orders under $500.00 can have priority mail by adding $4.50 to the final cost.
E. World wide orders will be charged ONLY ACTUAL postage. Those orders requiring registration will be charged only the actual amount. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
