4627 In 1990 Sierra Leone issued a set of 37 stamps with one souvenir sheet showing a human like face on the Mars landscape. Scott lists the stamps as #1167-1171 with a catalog value of over $102.00 in 2006. Extreme speculation in the early 1990's drove prices up to over $5,000 per set. Yes, over $5,000. Several articles in Linn's Stamp News, discussed the scam. Sets are VF and NH. A piece of philatelic history. |

D. No charge for postage and handling in North America. U.S. orders over $500.00 will be sent by priority mail at no additional cost. Orders under $500.00 can have priority mail by adding $4.00 to the final cost.
E. World wide orders must include $5.00 (U.S.) (ONLY ACTUAL USED) for postage and those orders requiring registration must include an additional $8.00 (U.S.). All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
