The Kansas and Nebraska overprints were issued in an attempt to prevent losses from post offices by burglary. The project was not considered successful. Centering tends to be poor for these issues compared to other issues of the 1920’s. |

C. Total all items, apply appropriate discounts, and 6% sales tax for Iowa residents plus any local option tax. See terms and conditions for discount information.
D. No charge for postage and handling in North America. U.S. orders over $500.00 will be sent by priority mail at no additional cost. Orders under $500.00 can have priority mail by adding $4.50 to the final cost.
E. World wide orders will be charged ONLY ACTUAL postage. Those orders requiring registration will be charged only the actual amount. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
