Grills were placed on stamps in an attempt to prevent the removal of cancels. Grilled issues can have only a few point on the back. Many small post offices did not have regular cancellers and used pen and ink. The ink eradicator of the day easily removed many cancels. The use of grills was not successful because it caused sheets to fall apart too easily. |

A. Fill out your name and address. State whether mint &/or used stamps are being ordered. Alternate selections appreciated.
B. Please list: 1. Lot Number 2. Scott Number 3. Price
C. Total all items, apply appropriate discounts, and 6% sales tax for Iowa residents plus any local option tax. See terms and conditions for discount information.
D. No charge for postage and handling in North America. U.S. orders over $500.00 will be sent by priority mail at no additional cost. Orders under $500.00 can have priority mail by adding $4.50 to the final cost.
E. World wide orders will be charged ONLY ACTUAL postage. Those orders requiring registration will be charged only the actual amount. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
