A. Inventory Update:

This web site is updated several times each month. Therefore this price list is current at all times.

B. No Guessing:

We define and picture our grading system. Our stamp descriptions make it possible for you to select the exact quality that meets your collecting needs.

C. Satisfaction Guaranteed:

A 30 day return privilege. "Please" return any stamp that does not meet your expectations. Not only will we refund you the full original cost of the stamp immediately, but we will also refund your full return cost to I.S.C. We only request that you return the stamp in the same condition it was sent to you. Also, please return the original order blank with any returns. Your refund, replacement, or credit memo, as your request, will be returned to you along with your order blank.

D. Confidentiality of Client Information:

All client information is confidential and is never shared, released, or sold to other sources. No information other than your name and address is kept on computer files. That is for printing mailing labels. Please use your first and last name when sending an email order or request. If you order by mail a telephone number is appreciated so that we may contact you if there is confusion on the credit card number, address, or other data. We keep a recipe card of information in our vault that contains: Name, address, phone #, email address, & date/amount/discription of order. Only Rebecca and Terry have access to the computer and card information.

E. Mailing Costs In U.S. & Canada:

All mailing costs paid by I.S.C. in the U.S.A. and Canada. Orders over $500 will be mailed priority mail in the U.S.A. If your U.S. order is under $500 we will send it by priority mail if you include $4.50.

F. U.S. & Canadian Orders:

Payment must accompany all orders. Money orders, certified checks, credit cards, and postage receive 48 hour service. Personal checks may be held until cleared. All payments in U.S. dollars.

G. World Wide Orders:

Payment must accompany all orders.  All payments in U.S. dollars. Actual postage will be charged. If registration is required the full cost will be charged. We will use desirable stamps for postage. Payment can be made by credit card, international postal money orders in U.S. dollars, or a personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. No personal checks drawn on banks outside of the U.S. accepted.

H. Minimum Order:

$5.00. If Less Please Include .75 Cents Extra.

I. Lay-A-Way Plan:

(1/4 down and 1/4 for the next three months.)

J. Credit Cards:

Visa/Master Card, Discover, Diners, & American Express accepted.

K. Discount Permitted:

Select the highest discount level that your order exceeds and apply that discount to the sub-total on your order blank. Discount applies to filled orders.

$50.00=5% $100.00=7% $500.00=10%

L. Postage Accepted In Payment:

Mint postage with full gum, U.S. commemoratives/regulars/airmail sheets (panes), will be accepted at face value against any order.  No other back of the book accepted.  Damage not accepted.

M. No Approvals:

Because we attend 30 shows/bourses a year we do not handle approvals. Photo copies of up to ten stamps will be sent upon your request. Listing of alternative lots is appreciated.

N. Phone/Fax/Voice Mail/Email Credit:

Orders over $100.00 will receive a $2.00 credit when Phoned/Faxed/Voice Mailed/Emailed in by long distance. Calls may be made between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central Time - Monday through Sunday. We have a joint Phone/Fax line. Our Email Address is: iowasc@netins.net

If you are calling an order in by phone a fax tone will occur after the fourth ring and our fax machine will be activated if you are faxing. If you are calling voice mail will be activated after the fourth ring. You will have 30 seconds to leave an order or leave a message. When giving your name, address, and/or phone number please speak clearly and slowly.

O. Guarantee:

All lots are sold as genuine, but should any lot be proved otherwise within one year of purchase by the written opinion of the A.P.S., Philatelic Foundation, or PSE, a immediate refund of the full purchase price will be made and up to $30.00 of the cost of the expertising fee, postage, and insurance. A no opinion issued will qualify for a full refund.

P. Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. This may be required due to replacement costs increasing.
